How Much Does it Cost?

We are currently offering a 50% discount on your initial appointment (£50 instead of £100). During this appointment you will receive a thorough assessment and an accurate quote for your full treatment plan. What Happens at My First Appointment?

At your initial appointment you will receive a thorough assessment and diagnosis of your condition with one of our expert physiotherapists, and some initial treatment. Your physiotherapist will take a detailed case history including how your injury occurred, how long it has been going on, how it is affecting your life, and any relevant medical information. Following the initial consultation you will receive a detailed treatment plan to get you out of pain and back to full mobility.

How Much Treatment Will I Need?

The amount of treatment required varies depending on your condition, from one or two sessions for a minor injury such as a sprain, to several months of treatment for more complex conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation. We will give you an accurate assessment at your initial appointment, or for an approximate idea please contact us for a cost enquiry. During your recovery you will also have access to our Growth Rehab Online platform, helping you to perform bespoke rehabilitation exercises at home to recover in the quickest time possible.

What Treatment Is Right for Me?

We offer a variety of treatments including physiotherapy, sports massage and sports therapy. At your initial appointment we will advise you on the most appropriate treatment for your particular condition, which might be one particular type of therapy or a combination.
