I’ve been seeing Amrit at Lake Therapy for the past six months, and he has played a huge part in my rehabilitation following a health scare and surgery. When I had my first session with Amrit, my movement and strength were very poor, with a number of areas that needed attention. Following surgery, I was unable to exercise for several months, so getting back to where I am now felt like a long way off. With Amrit’s support, guidance and expertise, I’ve made huge progress. I’ve now returned to regular exercise and, most importantly for me, I’m back playing football again — something I wasn’t sure would be possible when I first started my rehabilitation. It’s been a remarkable achievement, and having Amrit and the team at Lake Therapy alongside me has made the whole journey enjoyable, positive and rewarding. I continue to see Amrit on a monthly basis to make sure my body is performing well, address any issues early and help keep me injury-free. The whole team at Lake Therapy are incredibly helpful, welcoming and professional. I’ve had a really positive experience at Lake Therapy. I came in with severe neck and shoulder pain, with pain radiating down my arm and very limited movement. From my first appointment, I felt listened to and taken seriously. Everything was explained clearly to me, including what could be causing my symptoms and the treatment options. I’ve had hands-on treatment and dry needling, and I’ve already noticed improvements in my movement and symptoms. The team has been professional, caring and supportive throughout, and I really appreciate the time and attention they’ve given me. I would definitely recommend Lake Therapy to anyone looking for physiotherapy. Mehtab Nasir was excellent and made me feel very comfortable during my first appointment. I was then treated by Muhammad Khan, who has been absolutely FANTASTIC. He is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve felt very well looked after throughout my treatment and I’m really grateful for all the help and care I’ve received. Thank you so much to the whole team at Lake Therapy. I’ve had a ‘bad neck’ for years, 20+ years and just got used to it. I met Lake Therapy at the Frensham fete. After a chat I undertook a course of sessions. It must work as I’ve just driven a classic car with no power steering,4000 miles up to Norway and back, with no neck issues. Highly recommend. I put a desperate plea on social media late in the evening for someone to see me the next day due to bad back pain in pregnancy and not knowing where to go! Bethan, at the front desk, went out of her way (out of hours) to respond to me and fit me in for the very next morning.
